Pirmin Stutzer is a partner of Multiplicity Partners responsible for the firm’s secondary transactions in real estate and real assets funds. Upon joining the company in 2016, he built up the firm’s investment capacity in property and natural resources funds. He is in charge of structuring and executing more complex deals. Pirmin has more than 20 years of experience in alternative investments, financial structuring, real assets and as a private investor.
Prior to joining Multiplicity Partners, he was Managing Partner of F&R Asset Management, a real estate development boutique, responsible for financing and liquidity management of all real estate projects. From 2001 to 2014 he was with Man Group (initially RMF) in various roles. Since 2009, he held the position as Head of Structured Finance where he managed a multi-disciplinary team responsible for sourcing, negotiating and implementing all leverage, bridging and FX facilities for Man Group’s structured products and funds platform (peak financing volume of USD 20 billion). Pirmin has been an active private investor since the early 2000’s with significant experience in direct private equity, distressed assets, real assets and hedge funds. Pirmin Stutzer is Executive Chairman of GMG Properties, a privately owned investment holding company, and Non-Executive Chairman of LakeFour Investment Management, a hedge fund boutique firm.
Pirmin holds master’s degrees in Financial Engineering from the ICMA Centre, University of Reading, United Kingdom, in Statistics from University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, and in Economics from University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder, a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) as well as a Professional Risk Manager (PRM).
